This heavy duty axial external pressure corrugated compensator is used in applications with large amounts of axial movement. Yu-xiang offers single compensator with 4", 6", and 8" axial travels. For movement up to 16" axial travel, a dual compensator can be designed. It must be placed in the center of the piping run as it compresses from both ends.
As in other styles of axial external pressure corrugated compensator, beveled weld end designs can be increased in length with minimal cost impact. Yu-xiang will design the appropriate expansion joint for your application.
